  1. Limitation of Liability: LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the refund policy, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law: This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.

  3. Amendments: LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.

  4. Severability: If any provision of this refund policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the policy, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  5. Entire Agreement: This refund policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the customer and LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC.

By using the services of LithiPlus Safety and Storage Solutions LLC and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this refund policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or personalized items.

  • Products that have been used or altered.

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service at support@lithiplus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all parts and accessories, and attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

  • Step 4: Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@lithiplus.com with details of the defect or damage.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at support@lithiplus.com. Provide your order number, details of the damage or defect, and, if possible, include a photo of the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lithiplus.com.
